I ordered my daughters prom dress from here. It was backordered until April 8. I called that week and they assured me the dress would ship that week. I got a message on my answering machine with a meesage to call back. I called and never got an answer so left a message. No return. I called approximately 30 times and left several messages. I was told dress shipped on Apr 19th and would for sure be here on wednesday. Dress actually shipped on the 20th and arrived on the 22nd. There was supposed to be a free pair of earring and necklace with purchase but not in box. Not worth my time to call back. I would not purchase another dress from this business.

Don't ever order from this website find somwhere else I should have looked at the reviews before I ordered from them they gave us the run around about my sherri hill cocktail dress that supposedly was going to be in within two to three days they told us they lost the order then they said it would be in by monday which made two weeks since I had placed the order well turns out my dress really wouldn't have been in until may 25 and I ordered atthe beginning of april my prom is april 30 so it was a big screwed up mess never order from here its the hardest place to get ahold of cistomer service sucks we will never order anything from here again!!!!

Failed Customer Service

I purchased a $376 dress from promsgalore 8 April 2010 for my daughters prom. Shipping was very fast as dress arrived Monday 12 April 2010. That is were customer service literally stopped. To honor their 5 day return policy, I immediately sent an email explaining the dress did not fit and requested an exchange authorization number. The webSite promised a 24 hour response. Next day I called and left a phone message to backup my e-mail. NO RESPONSE TO EITHER. I called again on 13 April and sent another e-mail 14 April; again NO RESPONSE TO EITHER. We ended up paying another $100 to have major alterations on the dress. I DO NOT recommend anyone subject themself to this type of failed customer serivce. I will surely never purchase anything from this company.

Poor Management

I tried to purchace a dress from this site. I encountered a problem that I needed to cancel my order. The manager called within minutes of my email. She was the rudest manager and proceeded to argue with me about paypal. Apparently they have little clue in how to use it. She ended up hanging up on me. Don't buy from this site.
