  I got charged for 20% restocking fee for product I never received
I'm not happy with them. I placed order on 10/26/09 and several days later I tracked with post office online and the message was "the item was undeliverable as addressed. It is being returned if appropriate information is available." So after about 2 weeks later, I called Cosmetic America several times to see if they got this package returned. After more than a month, the package was still not returned. So I asked them to track with post office to see if this package was lost. No one was willing to help. When I asked to speak to their manager. They either told you there was no manager on site or the manager would call you back. But no manager ever called me back. I wrote them email to request either ship me a new order or give me a refund. I don't want to wait any longer. They ignored my request. I have no choice by opening an inquire with my credit card company. After few days, I wrote an email to ask Cosmetic America was there any updates. They emailed me back said, they will give me a refund but will charge me 20% restocking fee and shippping for the product I never received and qualified for free shipping. When everything is OK, there is no problem and you can say their service is good. But when things happened, they handled it poorly.
