worse service ever
After a week of not hearing anything about my order I checked their website it said my order was received. i sent and email. 2 days with no reply I checked my order history on their web site it said I have not placed any orders with them so I called there customer service number. I was on hold for 10 min no answer then it said to leave a message and they would call me back but their mail box was full. Never again I rather pay more then buy form them.
Ripped Off
Ordered some products, my card was charged, no delivery!?! I have emailed (3) times and left a voice message with no response. Very disappointed and ripped off!
Great Experiences with this Company
I have ordered BSN products for a little over a year now, and I have been completely satisfied from the very first order I made to my most recent one. Good customer service, prompt shipping, and quality products. I felt compelled to post this because the only review on here is wholly negative, whereas my experience has been wholly positive.
keep taking money and no product
I ordered one time for a product online advertised that they dont even have anymore (so why is it advertised) and now every couple of months they keep billing me for the same item (that they dont have and never intend to ship) What a hassle I have to keep going through to try and get my money back. Shady company
