I purchased the stailness steel pipe free standing handrail, with several fittings. The self tapping screws that are supplied with the fittings are useless, because they are easy to strip, and do not provide a tight connection. After assembly, the entire two step handrail, moved. The rolerances on the ball adjustable saddle, are too loose, so the entire saddle moves after tightening. The screws that attach the saddles are useless. Finally ended up welding the entire assembly. Also, the pipe that goes over the mounting flanges is too loose, so the entir thing moves. Horrible product. After spending over one thousand dollars, I am very dissapointed.
